This post about displaying of Related Posts Category Wise, Labels count as categories. Wordpress Blogging Platform has very high customizable plugins for display Related Posts. Can customize How many Labels you want to Show and How many Posts per Label. This is not ordinary widget like show posts without Category Analyze.
How do add this widget to Blogger Template.
Login to Blogger >> Dashboard >> Layout >>Edit HTML >> Expand Widget Templates [Backup your Blogger Template before any Modify]
